We allow 1.5 hours for each session but that doesn't mean you have to take the whole time. Depending on the size of our bear, it can take anywhere between 30 mins and 1.5 hours.

Fluid bears take 24-48 hours to fully dry, this means you won't be able to take your creation home on the day but trust us, the end product is worth the wait.

All online bookings require a $10 per person deposit, which will be deducted from your total amount on the day. We accept cash and all card types in store!

That is totally fine! You can reschedule online 24 hours before your booking. If it's past 24 hours, just text, email or call us and we will be able to help.

We will send you a text once your creation is fully dry and ready to be picked up. Texts will have a list of opening times so you can organise pick ups, please note that we're open for bookings only so send us a text to confirm we are open.
