How we bring Bearish to you!

Let us know your preferred date and time along with the location of your event. We will give our recommendations on where the activity should be hosted.

Our team works with you to make sure the space is set up correctly for the activity. They guide you through the run sheet of the day, making sure we have a smooth day.

On the party day, we bring everything you need. Our team arrives early to set up and makes sure the space is cleaned up before they leave.

At-Home Party FAQs

What are travel fees?

As we keep our birthday package prices the same, we do charge a travel fee for mobile at-home parties.

The travel fee depends on:

1. Your location (distance from our studio)

2. What you need us to bring e.g. travel fee decreases if you can supply your own tables and chairs.

3. The size of the party

Travel fees range from $100-$400 depending on all the above factors.

How long is the mobile party experience?

Our team will be at the party venue for 2-3 hours (depending on party size).

Do we clean up after the party?

Yes absolutely, our goal is to leave your home absolutely spotless.

This means we require 15-30 minutes to set up for the party and 30 minutes to clean up afterwards.

Do the bears dry in my home?

Yes they do! Fluid bears take 24-48 hours to fully dry, this means your guests won't be able to take home their creations on the day.

We require a space indoors for the bears to dry overnight. Our team will teach you how to pack them afterwards for collection.

Where is the ideal location for the painting activity?

We recommend the activity to take place indoors as wind can knock the bears over (this also protects you from unexpected weather changes!).

Will you bring tables & chairs?

We can absolutely bring tables and chairs for all the guests. Please note this may increase your travel fee.

What is the minimum number of guests?

For our at-home mobile party experience, we require a minimum of 15 guests, we do not have a maximum but larger parties do require more Bearish team members.
