FAQs

How long is the session?

We allocate a 2 hour block for Corporate events.

Can we BYO?

Of course! BYO is an additional $5 per person

How do I pick up?

We will send you a text once your creation is fully dry and ready to be picked up. Texts will have a list of opening times so you can organise pick ups, please note that we're open for bookings only so send us a text to confirm we are open.

We can also deliver to your office at an addition cost.

Can we do an in-house session?

Of course! Whilst it is preferred the session is done in our studio, we can accomodate an in-office event provided there is enough space. Please note, the bears will dry in your office and we won't be able to varnish finished bears.
